

Ryan Tollner is a founder of Rep1 Sports and has grown into one of the premiere agents and athlete marketers in the industry. In addition to maintaining an expertise in marketing and public relations, Ryan is instrumental in recruiting and guiding players through the draft process. He is revered among NFL executives for his identification of talent, knowledge of the game and mastery of player’s rights. He maintains a strong dedication to giving back to the community, founded Rep1 Sports Foundation, alongside Bruce Tollner, with a goal of combining personal philanthropic interests and efforts with Rep1 clients to help people with various needs around the world. Ryan resides in Newport Beach, California with his wife Mary and their three children.


Born and raised in Southern California, Chase Callahan is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor who brings 15 years of athlete representation, contract negotiation and marketing experience to REP 1 clients.
A passionate, hard working, and resourceful young agent, Chase is a graduate of Chapman University, where he earned a degree in Marketing and Advertising with a minor in Public Relations. Prior to establishing REP 1, Chase worked at Tollner, Moon & Steinberg for three years, where he created the golf division and served as the Director of Football. Here, Chase was able to gain valuable experience and assist top NFL, and professional golf clients with marketing and contract negotiations.
Currently, Chase serves as REP 1’s Director of Football Operations. In this role, Chase immerses himself into every facet of REP 1 including client maintenance, pre-draft marketing and training, off the field marketing, media relations and contract negotiations. He is also the point person in overseeing that every aspect of REP 1’s rookie pre-draft training results in optimal success for our clients at the NFL Scouting Combine and their college Pro Days. Chase’s exceptional eye for talent and keen analysis of each NFL position and the analytics behind the draft have led him to serve in a critical role of the recruiting strategy of REP 1 football.
Always accessible and exceptionally resourceful, Chase takes pride in his in-depth research of contractual language and structure in addition to player performances and incentive compensation.
He has been instrumental in the negotiation of record breaking deals for Ben Roethlisberger, Leonard Davis, Kevin Curtis, Scott Wells, Joe Staley, Barry Church, Zane Beadles, Michael Iupati, Shea McClellin, Jared Goff, Carson Wentz, Marcus Mariota and Blake Bortles. Needless to say, Chase has quickly established himself as an expert on the NFL Salary Cap and NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Chase’s extensive knowledge of both on and off-the-field sports management has also allowed him to devise a personalized career plan and tailored marketing portfolio to each individual client. Chase’s experience and overall personality has resulted in his clients praising his abilities as an agent. In particular, Chase’s clients love their ability to communicate with him on a personal and professional level, and value his honesty, sincerity as well as his commitment to their lives on and off the field. This respect was eventually recognized nationally, when Chase was named the top agent in Football under the age of 35 in 2014/2015 by YAHOO! Sports. His care and concern on behalf of Rep 1 clients has earned him a reputation as a rising star within the agent industry.
A three sport athlete at Centennial High School in Corona, CA, Chase resides in Lake Forest, California with his wife Amber and daughters Teagan, Kinsley and Harper.

Chase is a licensed contract advisor, and plays a major role in recruiting, contract negotiations, media relations and player marketing. He has a detailed understanding of the CBA and salary cap. Chase is also the point person in overseeing every aspect of our rookies pre-draft training process. He resides in Lake Forest, CA with his wife Amber and daughter Teagan.


Nima Zarrabi has been guiding the careers of athletes in the sports agency business for 12 years. His diverse background in the world of sports enables him to provide valuable insight and analysis, helping aid in the development of REP1 clients.
For REP1, Nima holds the position of Director of Marketing, Public Relations and New Media. Exceptionally creative and detail-orientated, Nima understands how to generate publicity and raise a client’s profile in a positive way, leading to quality endorsement opportunities. His focus on journalism and social media has helped educate countless clients on the New Media landscape.
A charismatic individual with genuine interests in fashion, art and entertainment, Nima has built strong relationships with REP1 clients throughout the arc of their careers, bonds that go beyond business, establishing deep friendships that standout within the industry. He began a career in journalism while still in college, writing for entities such as The Associated Press, Seattle Post-Intelligencer and SLAM Magazine, where he later became a Senior Writer. Upon graduation, he began his career in sports marketing when he moved to Los Angeles to work for Shaquille O’Neal’s footwear and apparel company, Dunk. Nima spent 4 years with Tollner, Moon & Steinberg prior to joining REP 1 in 2006. He has a genuine passion for football and basketball, and is well versed in pre-draft preparation and managing the transition from college to pro. His expertise includes media training and NFL combine prep for all REP1 athletes.
An active weekend warrior, Nima enjoys pick-up basketball, weight-training and the hunt for sneakers during his free time. He lives in Newport Beach, CA.
