Ryan Tollner
Ryan Tollner

Ryan Tollner is a founder of Rep1 Sports and has grown into one of the premiere agents and athlete marketers in the industry. In addition to maintaining an expertise in marketing and public relations, Ryan is instrumental in recruiting and guiding players through the draft process. He is revered among NFL executives for his identification of talent, knowledge of the game and mastery of player’s rights. He maintains a strong dedication to giving back to the community, founded Rep1 Sports Foundation, alongside Bruce Tollner, with a goal of combining personal philanthropic interests and efforts with Rep1 clients to help people with various needs around the world. Ryan resides in Newport Beach, California with his wife Mary and their three children.

Chase Callahan
Chase Callahan

Born and raised in Southern California, Chase Callahan is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor who brings 15 years of athlete representation, contract negotiation and marketing experience to REP 1 clients.

A passionate, hard working, and resourceful young agent, Chase is a graduate of Chapman University, where he earned a degree in Marketing and Advertising with a minor in Public Relations. Prior to establishing REP 1, Chase worked at Tollner, Moon & Steinberg for three years, where he created the golf division and served as the Director of Football. Here, Chase was able to gain valuable experience and assist top NFL, and professional golf clients with marketing and contract negotiations.

Currently, Chase serves as REP 1’s Director of Football Operations. In this role, Chase immerses himself into every facet of REP 1 including client maintenance, pre-draft marketing and training, off the field marketing, media relations and contract negotiations. He is also the point person in overseeing that every aspect of REP 1’s rookie pre-draft training results in optimal success for our clients at the NFL Scouting Combine and their college Pro Days. Chase’s exceptional eye for talent and keen analysis of each NFL position and the analytics behind the draft have led him to serve in a critical role of the recruiting strategy of REP 1 football.

Always accessible and exceptionally resourceful, Chase takes pride in his in-depth research of contractual language and structure in addition to player performances and incentive compensation.
He has been instrumental in the negotiation of record breaking deals for Ben Roethlisberger, Leonard Davis, Kevin Curtis, Scott Wells, Joe Staley, Barry Church, Zane Beadles, Michael Iupati, Shea McClellin, Jared Goff, Carson Wentz, Marcus Mariota and Blake Bortles. Needless to say, Chase has quickly established himself as an expert on the NFL Salary Cap and NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Chase’s extensive knowledge of both on and off-the-field sports management has also allowed him to devise a personalized career plan and tailored marketing portfolio to each individual client. Chase’s experience and overall personality has resulted in his clients praising his abilities as an agent. Bruce Tollner

Chase Callahan graduated from Chapman University, where he studied marketing, advertising, and public relations. While in college Chase interned for Troon Golf, where he was a centerpiece in creating marketing and advertising strategies. Prior to joining REP1 Chase spent three years with Tollner, Moon and Steinberg where he created the golf division and served as a marketing coordinator. Chase currently serves as REP1’s Director of Football. Always accessible and exceptionally resourceful, clients trust chase for his insight and ability to create opportunities. Chase is a licensed contract advisor, and plays a major role in recruiting, contract negotiations, media relations and player marketing. He has a detailed understanding of the CBA and salary cap. Chase is also the point person in overseeing every aspect of our rookies pre-draft training process. He resides in Lake Forest, CA with his wife Amber and daughter Teagan.

Nima Zarrabi
Nima Zarrabi

Nima Zarrabi has been guiding the careers of athletes in the sports agency business for 12 years. His diverse background in the world of sports enables him to provide valuable insight and analysis, helping aid in the development of REP1 clients.

For REP1, Nima holds the position of Director of Marketing, Public Relations and New Media. Exceptionally creative and detail-orientated, Nima understands how to generate publicity and raise a client’s profile in a positive way, leading to quality endorsement opportunities. His focus on journalism and social media has helped educate countless clients on the New Media landscape.

A charismatic individual with genuine interests in fashion, art and entertainment, Nima has built strong relationships with REP1 clients throughout the arc of their careers, bonds that go beyond business, establishing deep friendships that standout within the industry. He began a career in journalism while still in college, writing for entities such as The Associated Press, Seattle Post-Intelligencer and SLAM Magazine, where he later became a Senior Writer. Upon graduation, he began his career in sports marketing when he moved to Los Angeles to work for Shaquille O’Neal’s footwear and apparel company, Dunk. Nima spent 4 years with Tollner, Moon & Steinberg prior to joining REP 1 in 2006. He has a genuine passion for football and basketball, and is well versed in pre-draft preparation and managing the transition from college to pro. His expertise includes media training and NFL combine prep for all REP1 athletes.

An active weekend warrior, Nima enjoys pick-up basketball, weight-training and the hunt for sneakers during his free time. He lives in Newport Beach, CA.

Amini Silatolu
Amini Silatolu

Amini Silatolu is currently a free agent offensive guard. He was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the 2nd round of the 2012 NFL Draft, with the 40th overall pick. Silatolu attended and played college football for Midwestern State University from 2010 to 2011. He was the first Midwestern State player ever selected in the NFL Draft and he was the highest-selected offensive lineman from Division II. Silatolu, Jermane Mayberry, and Gene Upshaw are the only offensive linemen from LSC teams ever selected in the first two rounds. Silatolu is of Tongan descent and his parents, Saia and Lupe Silatolu, immigrated from Tonga to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1985, where Amini was born and raised. His younger brother Paul Silatolu, a Naval petty officer, serves on board the USS New York.

Weston Richburg

Weston Blaine Richburg is a center for the New York Giants. He was drafted by the New York Giants in the second round, 43rd overall of the 2014 NFL Draft,  becoming the most recent Colorado State offensive lineman to be selected in an NFL Draft.  He played college football at Colorado state, where he was First-team All-MWC in 2013, Honorable Mention All-MWC in 2012, and Second-team All-MWC in 2011.  Richburg graduated with a bachelor’s degree in animal science. A native of Bushland, Texas, Richburg attended Bushland High School, where he was a two-sport star in football and track. He began his career as a quarterback, also playing linebacker during his freshman season, but a growth spurt prior to his sophomore campaign saw him convert to the line, playing on both sides of the ball. As a senior, the team captain helped lead the Falcons to a 10-0 regular season record en route to capturing the district title. He captured the state title in the shot put event at the 2009 UIL T&F Championships, with a PR throw of 18.34 meters (60 ft 1 in), setting a school record, that ranks as the fourth-best throw by a Texas prep athlete in any classification and worthy of the Texas Class 2A gold medal.  In the discus, he got a top-throw of 53.31 meters (172 ft 2 in) at the 2009 Texas Tech Regional Qualifiers, where he took bronze. He is the son of Danny and Ruth Richburg and has two relatives, Nathan and Aubrey, who played football at Texas Tech. Richburg has helped members of the Boys and Girls Club of Larimer County with homework and reading, and also participated in the club’s sports programs in March before the 2010 season. Weston has also made several appearances visiting with developmentally disabled kids at Respite Care of Fort Collins, in February 2010, February 2011 and July 2011 and for a month during the summer of 2010, he interacted with low-income Linton Elementary students at a local clubhouse, in conjunction with the Larimer County Food Bank, Fort Collins Recreation and Vineland Church.

David Quessenberry, Jr. is an offensive tackle for the Houston Texans. He is currently on the team’s non-football injury list. He was drafted by the Texans in the 6th round, 176 overall of the 2013 NFL Draft. He played college football at San Jose State. He is from La Jolla, California and is the son of David and Maureen Quessenberry.

Cedrick Jeremiah Poutasi is an offensive guard for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was drafted by the Tennesee Titans in the 3rd round, 66th overall of the 2015 NFL Draft. Poutasi played college football at Utah where he played both guard and tackle and a was a Second-team All-Pac-12 player in 2014. He was born in San Mateo, California and is the son of Oloka and Samuela Poutasi. He is married to DeAnna and splits time between Nashville, Tennessee and Las Vegas, Nevada. In high school, he earned letters in football, track and field, and in bowling. While competing on the school’s bowling team, he posted a high score of 283.  His list of favorites includes:  “Breaking Bad” as his favorite TV show; “The Lion King” as his favorite movie ;San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Lakers as his favorite childhood sports team; “Madden NFL” as his favorite video gam ; “cookies and cream” as his guilty pleasure; and all food in general.

Joe Staley

Joe Staley is an offensive tackle for the San Francisco 49ers. He played college football at Central Michigan and was drafted by the 49ers in the 1st round, 28th overall of the 2007 NFL Draft. The 49ers acquired Staley after trading into the first round with the New England Patriots, trading their 2008 first round pick and a 4th round pick in 2007. Staley is a 5 time Pro-Bowler from the 2011 to 2015. He also is a three time Second-team All-Pro from 2011 to 2013. In High School, Staley was a standout track and field athlete for the Rockford High School track team. He set three school records in the 200 meter dash, wtih a time of 21.9 seconds, in the 4 x 100 meter relay, with a time of 42.56 seconds, and in the 4 x 200 relay, with a time of 1:27.86 minutes. His time of 21.9 seconds in the 200 meters ranks as the fastest among offensive linemen ever to play in the NFL. Staley was born in Rockford, Michigan and is the son of Butch and Jan Staley. His spouse is to Carrie Dew.

Joel Michael Bitonio is a offensive guard for the Cleveland Borns. He was selected by the Cleveland Browns with the 35th overall pick of the 2nd Round in the 2014 NFL Draft. Bitonio was considered one of the top offensive tackle prospects for the 2014 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Nevada from 2009 to 2013 and started 39 consecutive games from his redshirt sophomore to senior seasons. As a senior, he was an All-Mountain West Conference selection. Bitonio was born in San Pedro, California and is the son of Mike and Debbie Bitonio. He is one of three children and has a brother Lucas, and a sister, Kate. His late father was a mixed martial arts barebuckle fighter in the early 1990’s. He is the only offensive rookie voted to PFWA All-AFC team in 2014 and was inducted to the Woodrow Wilson Classical High School athletic hall of fame in 2015. He has volunteered for numerous community opportunities in the Cleveland area, including Browns Play 60 clinics, participating in several ‘Shop with a Pro’ events, visits to local hospitals and schools and supporting the Greater Cleveland Food Bank as well as being named the American Legion Man of the Year in 2015. He likes going to the beach and visiting Lake Tahoe, enjoys reading sports and war novels, and likes watching the Food Network. Bitonio also hosts a segment on Browns television where he visits Cleveland-area restaurants, interacts with celebrity chefs and participates in cooking challenges.

Mike Iupati is an offensive guard for the Arizona Cardinals. He was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers in the first round, 17th overall, of the 2010 NFL Draft. He played college football at Idaho, and earned consensus All-American honors. Iupati is a four-time Pro-Bowler from 2012-2015 and was a First-team All-Pro in 2012 as well as a Second-team All-Pro in 2015. Born and raised in Vaitogi, American Samoa, Iupati’s family moved to Garden Grove, California, after he finished junior high school. He is the son of Aposetolo and Belinda Iupati. Mike has a sister, Fionna and two brothers, Aposetolo Jr. and Andrew, both reside in Corona, California. He is married to Ashley Galeai Iupati and have a son, KoaAli’i.

Tyler Williams Sambrailo is an offensive guard for the Denver Broncos. He was on the Denver Broncos Super Bowl 50 championship team after they beat the Carolina Panthers 24-10. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the 2nd round, 59th overall of the 2015 NFL Draft. He played college football at Colorado State University. Sambrailo, who majored in business administration at Colorado State, is an avid skier who earned USSA titles in the slalom, giant slalom and super-G events for his age group. He was also named the Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League Offensive and Defensive Lineman of the Year following his senior campaign at St. Francis Catholic High School in Watsonville, California. He played offensive tackle, defensive line, tight end and kicker and also lettered in soccer, basketball and baseball. Sambrailo is from Watsonville, California and is the son of Mark and Karen Sambrailo. His grandfather, Bill Sambrailo, played football at Santa Clara.

Zane Beadles

Zane Beadles is an offensive guard for the San Francisco 49ers. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the 2nd round, 45th overall of the 2010 NFL Draft and has also played for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Beadles was a member of the Pro Bowl in 2012. At the University of Utah,  he earned a degree in mechanical engineering and also was a First-team All-American in 2009. He was a four-year started and played in 51 games and started in 50 games. Zane is from Casper, Wyoming and is the son of Brad Beadles and Jamie Legerski. His parents are both graduates of Wyoming. His mother played basketball for Wyoming and his father played baseball for Hutchinson Junior College. Beadles’ stepfather Joe Legerski is the women’s basketball coach at Wyoming and a former Utah assistant and his stepmother, Jill, started at point guard for Concordia Lutheran, which qualified for the NAIA Final Four in 1993-94. He also has two brothers and two sisters.

Ben Roethlisberger, nicknamed Big Ben, is the starting quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played college football at Miami University in Ohio and was drafted in the 1st round, 11th overall, by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2004 NFL draft. Roethlisberger earned the AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award in 2004 and his first Pro Bowl selection in 2007. He became the youngest Super Bowl-winning quarterback in NFL history, leading the Steelers, in only his second profession season, to a 21-10 victory over the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XL at the age of 23. Roethlisberger led the Steelers to a second Super Bowl title in four seasons as they defeated the Arizona Cardinals in Super Bowl XLIII, 27-23, after completing a game-winning touchdown pass to Santonio Holmes in the final 35 seconds. Roethlisberger has been one of the most efficient passers in NFL history. He currently ranks 9th all-time in NFL passer rating (94.0), tied for 6th in yards per attempt (7.93), and tied for 10th in completion percentage (63.85%) among quarterbacks with a minimum of 1,500 career attempts. He has the fourth highest career winning percentage (.710) as a starter in the regular season among quarterbacks with a minimum of 100 starts. He is one of six quarterbacks in NFL history to have beaten at least 31 of the current NFL teams. Known for playing outside the pocket in what he calls “backyard football”, Roethlisberger grew up idolizing John Elway, and has often been compared to him. Roethlisberger wears number 7 in Elway’s honor. Roethlisberger was born in Lima, Ohio, the son of Kenneth and Ida Roethlisberger. His younger sister, Carlee Roethlisberger played women’s basketball for the University of Oklahoma. Roethlisberger is married to Ashley Harlan and they have three kids together, Benjamin, Bayleee, and Bodie. In addition, Roethlisberg is also a spokesman for Swiss Roots, a campaign intended to help Americans of Swiss origin reconnect with their Swiss ancestral heritage. Moreover, Roethlisberger has his own line of barbecue suace called Big Ben’s BBQ. Roethlisberger is also the founder of the Ben Roethlisberger Foundation, which seeks to provide to provide support for police and fire departments throughout the U.S. with a particular emphasis on service dogs and to enhance the quality of life for residents of Findlay, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2005, Roethlisberger donated one game check to aid the tsunami relief fund and  also donated over $100,000 to fund police dogs in Pittsburgh. In 2014, Roethlisberger and his wife donated $1 million to his alma mater, Miami University, for an indoor sports center.

Blake Bortles is the starting quarterback of the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was drafted by the Jaguars with the third overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. He has set Jaguars franchise records for most passing touchdowns in a single season, most passing yards in a single season, most pass attempts in a single season, most completions in a single season, most passing touchdowns in a single game, and most consecutive games with a passing touchdown. Bortles played college football at The University of Central Florida, where he was the Knights’ starting quarterback from midway through the 2011 season to 2013. In 2012, he led UCF to a Conference USA East Division Championship and bowl victory. In 2013, Bortles led the Knights to an upset of then-No. 8 Louisville to win the inaugural American Athletic Conference Championship, as well as an upset victory over sixth-ranked Baylor in the 2014 Fiesta Bowl. Bortles is the son of Rob and Suzy Bortles. Rob was a wrestler and football player in high school; Suzy played high school softball. Bortles’ brother, Colby, is a third baseman with the Ole Miss baseball team as of 2015.

Carson Wentz is the starting quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles, who selected him with the second overall pick of the 2016 NFL Draft.He is the first quarterback the Eagles selected in the first round of an NFL draft since Donovan McNabb in 1999, who was also taken second overall. He is also the first FCS quarterback taken in the first round since Joe Flacco in 2008, and the highest FCS quarterback taken in draft history.  He played college football at North Dakota State University, where he was a 5 time NCAA FCS National Champion from 2011 to 2015. Wentz graduated from NDSU with a degree in health and physical education, finishing with a 4.0 GPA and earning recognition as CoSIDA Academic All-American of the Year for Division I footba For the 2016 season, Wentz had a passer rating of 79.3 with 3,537 passing yards, 16 touchdowns, 14 interceptions and 2 rushing touchdowns. Wentz was born in Raleigh, North Carolina but moved to North Dakota with his family at the age of three. He is the son of Doug Wentz and Cathy Domres. His brother, Zach, was a four-year starting pitcher and infielder for NDSU baseball and his cousin, Connor, was a tight end on his 2013, 2014, and 2015 football teams at NDSU. Jared Thomas Goff is the starting quarterback of the Los Angeles Rams. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Rams with the first overall pick of the 2016 NFL Draft. He played college football at California, where he was the first true freshman quarterback in California history to start a season opener. In 2015, he led the Golden Bears to a 7-5 regular season record, clinching Cal’s first winning season since 2011. He was selected First-Team All-PAC 12 in 2015. Goff is from Novato, California and is the son of Jerry and Nancy Goff. His father is a former MLB player who played for the Expos, Pirates, and Astros. His father was also a Cal athlet, playing as an all-conference and all-district catcher for the school’s baseball team. In 2016, Goff appeared on an episode of Gridiron Outdoors, which is hosted by former football quarterback Mike Pawlawski. He grew up as a San Francisco 49ers fan, and wears number 16 as a fan of Joe Montana, who played for the 49ers. Goff is also a spokesperson for Rockin’ Refuel.

Marcus Mariota is the starting quarterback for the Tennessee Titans, who drafted him with the 2nd overall pick of the 1st round in the 2015 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Oregon where he was the starting quarterback from 2012 to 2014. During his time at Oregon, he won the Maxwell Award, the Chic Harley Award, the Walter Camp Award, the Davey O’Brien Award, the Johnny Unitas Gold Arm Award, the AP Player of the Year, the Sporting News Player of the Year, Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Year, Unanimous All-American, and three-time First-Team All-Pac-12. As a junior in 2014, Mariota became the first Oregon player and Hawaii-born athlete to ever win the Heisman Trophy. As of week 14 in the 2016 season, Mariota has 44 touchdowns with 18 interceptions, 5,904 passing yards, 600 rushing yards, and 4 rushing touchdowns. Marcus was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to Alana Deppe-Mariota and Toa Mariota and has a younger brother, Matt Mariota, who is a sophomore linebacker at Oregon. He is of Samoan descent on his father’s side and German descent on his mother’s side. He grew up admiring the quarterback play of fellow Samoan Jeremiah Masoli, who was also a standout quarterback at the Saint Louis School and the University of Oregon. Mariota was also a standout track and field athlete, Mariota was a state track qualifier in the sprinting and jumping events. Matthew Slater is currently a wide receiver for the New England Patrios. He was drafted by the Patriots in the 5th round, 153rd overall of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played college football at UCLA. Slater is a Super Bowl champion as a member of the New England Patriots, who won Super Bowl XLIX. Slater was selected to the 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 Pro Bowl as a special teamer. He also is a three time First-Team All-Pro in 2011, 2012, and 2014. Slater was born in Baldwin Park, California and is the son of Jackie and Annie Slater. Eric Tomlinson is a tight end for the New York Jets. He was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2015 as an undrafted free agent and has also been a member of the Houston Texans. William “Will” Sutton is a nose tackle for the Chicago Bears. He was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the 3rd round, 82nd overall of the 2014 NFL Draft. He played college football at Arizona State University. As a member of the 2012 and 2013 Arizona State team, Sutton is a two-winner of the Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year and a two-time College Football All-America Team selection. In addition, he was a two-time Morris Trophy Award winner, Two-time First-Team All-Pac-12, and 2012 Consensus All-American. In three years at Arizona State, Sutton recorded a total of 113 total tackles comprising of 66 solo tackles and 47 assisted tackles, as well as 32 tackles for loss, 16.5 sacks, and 6 pass deflectins. In high school, he led the undefeated 2008 Centennial High School California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) state championship football team in quarterback sacks. He was born in Irvine, California and is the son of Mickey and Kim Sutton.His father, Mickey,  played defensive back and punt returner for the Los Angeles Rams (1986-1988), the Green Bay Packers (1989), the Buffalo Bills (1989) and the Rams (1990).

Barry Church is a strong safety for the Dallas Cowboys. After going undrafted in the 2010 NFL draft, he was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent. He played college football at the University of Toledo. After impressing coaches through the 2010 preseason by finishing fourth on the team with 15 tackles while also tying for second with three special teams tackles, Barry Church was one-of-four undrafted free agents to make the roster coming out of training camp. Through his rookie season, Church continued to display his playmaking ability as a stalwart on special teams units and as a reserve in the defensive backfield. Church finished the year fourth on the squad with 16 special teams tackles while also contributing 14 tackles on defense. Church continued his development through the 2011 offseason and added 10 special teams tackles while seeing more time in the defensive rotation. He tallied 24 tackles, with two for losses as a reserve. Church was born in Pittsburgh, Pennslyvania and is the Barry Sr. and Denice Church. In high school, Church was a two-way sport star in football and track. Bryce Gunnar Hager is a linebacker for the Los Angeles Rams. He was drafted by the St. Louis Rams in thr 7th round, 224th overall of the 2015 NFL Draft. He played college football at Baylor. At Baylor, Hager was an All-American linebacker and three-time All-Big 12 honoree, making  322 career tackles, 24 for loss and 26 quarterback hurries. Hager is from Austin, Texas and is the son of Britt and Bridgette Hager. His father, Britt, is former Texas All-American and played linebacker with the Philadelphia Eagles, Denver Broncos and St. Louis Rams. He also graduated in December 2014 with Bachelor’s degree in health, human performance and recreation studies.

Shea Keegan McClellin is an outside linebacker for the New England Patrios. He was drafted by the Chicago Bears with the 19th overall pick of the 1st round in the 2012 NFL Draft. He played college football at Boise State. McClellin was born in Caldwell, Idaho and  was adopted by his maternal grandparents, Terry McClellin and Jerry McClellin, when he was 18 months old. He grew up on a farm in Caldwell, where he helped his parents raise various farm animals and animals in distress. Shea is married to Sam McClellin. In 2012, McClellin became a partner with Allstate and Give Your Sole, and attended the Chicago 13.1 Marathon on June 9 to encourage runners to donate athletic shoes. On June 8, McClellin and the rest of the 2012 Bears draft class planted trees and shrubs at LaFollette Park as part of the team’s Save Da Planet program
